Constant modification and evaluation

After the intake test a lesson programme is put together that provides for a fixed number of lesson hours per week / month / project. Students are evaluated regularly throughout the teaching period to see whether the method used and the contents of the lessons meet students’ expectations and whether they are achieving their goals.  Again we use the CEFR for this and compare the results achieved with the earlier evaluations. We look at students’ evolution, evaluate the results and decide what could be done better or differently.  Constant modification is extremely important in order to achieve an optimum result.

Teachers follow their students right through the learning process. They make a note of mistakes and remarks during the lesson. This feedback is sent to students via email after every lesson and forms the basis of the next lesson. It involves constant evaluation and adaptation.
